Check for Updates
- First, you'll need to determine if there is an update available for your Uconnect system. Visit the official Uconnect website and navigate to the software update section.
Prepare a USB Drive
- Obtain a USB drive with at least 4GB of storage, and make sure it is formatted to FAT32.
- Download the update file from the Uconnect website and transfer it to the USB drive.
Start the Update Process in Your Vehicle
- Turn on your 2019 Ram 1500's ignition but do not start the engine.
